AI Shayari & Quotes Maker ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, processes, shares, and protects information. It applies to all users of the app.

1) No Account Required

You can use the app without creating an account. We do not request or require your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information to use the core features.

2) Data We Do Not Collect or Store Ourselves

• We do not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
• We do not upload or store your gallery photos or finished designs on our own servers.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Third-party services used for AI generation, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting may automatically process limited data as described below and under their own privacy policies.

3) Information Processed or Collected

• Prompts/Text You Enter: The words you type (e.g., themes/keywords) are sent to AI services to generate the content you request.
• AI-Generated Output: The resulting text is shown to you and not stored by us.
• Your Images (Optional): If you choose to use your own gallery photos in the editor, those files remain on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.
• Crash and Performance Data: Google Play Console, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar services may collect crash logs, diagnostics, app version, device model, operating-system version, and related technical information to help us diagnose errors and improve stability.
• Analytics and App Activity: Firebase Analytics or similar services may collect app opens, screen views, feature interactions, and other usage events to help us understand and improve the app.
• Advertising Data: Advertising partners may process advertising or app-instance identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from an IP address, device information, and ad impressions, clicks, or interactions to provide, personalize where permitted, limit, and measure advertisements.

Important: Because prompts are sent to AI providers to generate results, please avoid entering sensitive personal information in your prompts.

4) How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used to:

• Generate the shayari, poems, quotes, and captions you request.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve app features and performance.
• Understand basic feature usage and diagnose crashes or technical problems.
• Display and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by your consent and settings.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.

5) Third-Party Services

• AI & Cloud Services: The app may use Google services such as Firebase AI Logic / Gemini (and related Google Cloud services) to process your prompts and return generated content. We do not store this data on our own servers. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Used to display and measure advertisements. AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and ad-interaction data. See How Google uses information for advertising.
• Meta Audience Network: May be used as an advertising and mediation partner. Meta may process device identifiers, device information, IP address, and ad-view or interaction data to deliver and measure ads. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

• Design Templates: Some frames/templates used in the editor are sourced from Freepik. Required attribution: "Some design elements in this app are sourced from Freepik (www.freepik.com)."

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. The information they receive depends on your device, region, consent choices, and the app's service configuration.

6) Permissions We Request

• Photos/Media (Gallery Access): Only if you choose to import your own images into the editor. Images remain on your device.
• Internet: Required for AI content generation, fetching templates, displaying ads, analytics, and crash reporting.

You can revoke permissions anytime in your device settings. The app's core AI generation may require an internet connection to function.

7) Data Sharing

We share only the data necessary for the third-party providers listed above to perform services on our behalf, such as generating content, displaying and measuring ads, analyzing app usage, and diagnosing crashes. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

8) Data Retention

Your imported images and saved creations remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. We do not retain them on our own servers. Advertising, analytics, crash, and AI-service providers may retain the data they process according to their own policies and our configured retention settings. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for diagnostics and app improvement.

9) Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) Data Security

We minimize data handling by not storing personal data on our servers. Content you generate is processed transiently to deliver results. We use reasonable technical measures to safeguard any in-transit communications with service providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

11) Your Choices & Controls

• You may choose not to grant gallery access; you can still use AI text generation.
• You may delete generated content from your device at any time.
• You may manage ad-personalization choices through any consent message shown in the app and through your device's privacy or Google ad settings.
• You may reset or delete your device's advertising ID where your operating system supports it.
• You may uninstall the app to stop future collection by the app.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and/or on the Google Play listing with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
